Halloween is a popular holiday where Americans
from all across the country celebrate on October 31. They celebrate it by
wearing costumes and going out for trick or treat. A Halloween party
includes all costumes from characters either in a scary film or a popular well
known character or idol such as Freddy Krueger, Jason and Leatherface.
Also, people can host parties and they can be as creative as they want, watch
horror movies, visit haunted houses or go for trick or treat. A lot of children
dress to go out in the neighborhood to ask for candy or threaten to do harm to their
neighbor’s house. We call this act trick or treat. Many families
enjoy this holiday because it allows them to wear anything and go out and enjoy
a terrifying night.
